Ana Maria asks: What’s the best thing to do so we align ourselves with our highest self and let go of the old and allow the new?

Great question Ana. They all are great questions and because this is the first day, I answered all of them in some form on my facebook pages where they were asked.

However, as this is day one of this “Ask Your Questions” adventure, I wish to answer this important question deeply for everyone as it leads to the answers to all of your questions. So this posts answer will be longer than most.

The Universe Expands by Our Asking

This Universe exists in multilayers and levels of dimensional energies. These energies vibrate at different rates. Denser vibrations are considered “Lower” for this discussion. Lighter is considered “Higher” for this discussion. Think of it like the ocean, it gets denser and the pressure gets more intense the deeper you go. The air is a less dense vibration than water. Water is a denser vibration. Dirt even denser. Iron denser still.

Like vibrations attract and gather together. This is commonly known as “Law of Attraction” or LOA.

The same is true for consciousness. There are denser aspects to it and lighter aspects to it. We exist on many levels and dimensions. We are multidimensional.

Our Soul/HigherSelf/Source vibrates in the highest levels and dimensions.

We experience these higher levels as the emotions and feelings of Liquid Light, Love, Appreciation, Happiness, Wonderment, and other high-level feelings. These feel good. When we feel them, we are in alignment.

Low-level thoughts bring us low-level feelings.

Thoughts of lack and worry can bring us feelings of fear and helplessness.

We can experience these as “flutters” (low-level thoughts vibrate slower so they feel like flutters in our body) and/or panic attacks, heart pain, heaviness, tiredness, distractions and gut crunches. This is because our HIGHER Self is vibrating on a higher level (dimension) and these thoughts are vibrating on a lower level (dimension) so we feel the “dissonance” – the vibrational difference.

Very Important: That is your guidance system.

No judgment. Your Source does not judge where you are or what you are thinking. It (YOU) just LOVES.

So the BIG YOU is vibrating in the energy of LOVE and when you are not focused that way, you FEEL IT.

Your feelings are the physics of the difference in the vibrations. This is science!

If you are thinking or focusing on something that is not on the same level as where your Source is focused you feel the difference. If it is close. You are feeling okay today, then the difference is not great so you don’t feel it until you get really sensitive to vibrations and guidance.

“Ask and It is Given” is quite literal. Source says “YES”. When you ask, “Source focuses on what you want” Source sees you AS THAT PERSON. That healthy person with the car, the friends, that happy person. And focuses there. The UNIVERSE EXPANDS. YOU BECOME THAT at a high level.

Source always focuses on “what you desire and have asked for,”. Literally, “who you have become.” When you focus “lower” than that on low-level creations, you feel it. When you put yourself and others down, you really feel it.

Our bodies exist in the material plane. A “denser” level than air, but for the most part, they vibrate at a higher rate unless we introduce contrary thoughts and worry about them.

On Earth, we are awash in a sea of thoughts and thought forms. Many of them much denser and heavier than our natural state of Bliss. Many of us picked up “muddy” thoughts and beliefs from our parents, teachers, and others in our lives that vibrate on the lower levels. Many of these are not as conscious to us, so we feel them but are not sure what they are.

The more we focus on where we are going and what we want, the more those old belief patterns (lower level vibrations) come up so we can change them to something we choose to believe now that resonates at a higher level. This takes time and spiritual discipline. It does not happen overnight for most people.

I help people to get clear and awake faster. But it still takes time and inner work on your part.

I will detail more about all of this later on but for now to keep this short you might want to ponder these concepts.

So, the answer in short: 

Depends on where you are, dimensionally which is “displayed” by your emotions. How do you feel?

For most people, meditation helps. Quieting your mind, and letting the chatter stop so your vibration raises to its natural level is a good start.

Next would be to become more conscious of what you are thinking and feeling. And to become more conscious of your reactions to others, your emotional triggers. Take personal responsibility for your creations including everything in your reality and especially everything that triggers you. Work to change your thoughts about yourself and others to more positive thoughts and let go of the deep emotional charges holding them in place.

Filter your reality. Filter Facebook. Unfollow negative people. Filter your news watching.

What you focus on, you give your power too. “You become one of the creators of it. You attract it.” 

Remember that.

Let go of negative people and anything that really brings you down.

Clean out your closets and garages. Let go of whatever feels heavy if you can.

Move out of judgment into appreciation a little at a time. Especially, for yourself. Start loving yourself more.

Cry more. Know that when you are crying like a baby, you are releasing resistance and old patterns. You are leveling up your vibration. You are healing.

Honor your journey and your path. This is the path of masters. You are not here as amateurs.

You are MASTERS or you would not be here at this time.

This is the time of “The Great Awakening”. And YOU (We) are IT.
