I was at the store yesterday, and this fear (deep vibration) kept coming up in my gut… and I asked “What is that?” And my subconscious mind (little girl stuck in time) said, “Mommy will be mad at us.” I asked “Why” and heard, “Spending money.” It was a deeper level of fear of lack than I had seen before.
In the past when I was working to clear similar feelings, I would say/think, “Who does that belong to?” (from Access Consciousness), or “Not Mine” and “Into The Light” (from what I teach), and reason with my mind “She is dead” (20+ years dead)… but my “MIND” had not gotten it yet because the fear came back again.
So this time I heard my higher mind answer… “She is NOT HERE,” and I felt instant relief.
My internal energy actually “looked around” and I thought/heard, “Oh…. wow. She is not here.”
My MIND GOT IT.
Then I repeated that in 20 different ways to move the energy up. “She is not here; she is no longer here. She does not live here. She is not in this state. She is on the other side. She can never hurt us again. She can never hurt you again. She is dead. We are safe honey; she got better, she was nice sometimes, she left and won’t come back, she is happy now with Source, she is love now, she is safe, we are safe… etc.” And the energy shifted and will never return to that level of fear again because I transformed it.
That is alchemy.
My mom was not a terrible person, but she could run dark energy at times, and obviously, she scared the shit out of me when I was very small, so I had to deal with it at that level in order to clear it.
When the energy starts moving to clear and release, you feel relief. It feels lighter. Sometimes you can feel dizzy when a big one goes.
My higher self told me that my subconscious mind-little girl did not understand the concept of “dead” at that age (around 3). But she did understand “Not here”.
So remember, when you are shifting those energies from the past, you are communicating with a level of you that does not understand everything you now know.
Talk to the child, as a child… with love and in a way they can hear and comprehend. It helps them (and you) to get unstuck in time and moves that part of you up to where you are now. Once you/they release that limitation of belief energy and then your whole life shifts because you no longer have cords, attachments, beliefs, and fears connected to the past and vibrating on lower-level dimensions attracting lower-level experiences into your life.
